SKCL built the city’s first
ever IT Park called Satyam Centre.

Uniqueness of this project was the ‘Built to suit’ model of constructing and delivering a building of about 150,000 sqft exactly in six months a record that has not been come close to.

Sri Kausalya Constructions Ltd (SKCL), founded in 2003, is a leading construction company in India. Over the past 2 decades, SKCL has delivered close to a million sft of IT Infrastructure in Chennai and has set new standards for both speed, quality and value.

SKCL was the first company to successfully complete the first 'Fast Track, Built-to-suit' 1.5 lac sft IT Park in Chennai. M/s HDFC Limited, a premier housing finance institution in India, funded the project and eventually purchased it, making it the first institutional investment in Chennai.

Currently, SKCL is developing 3.5 lac sft Office space across Guindy, and Kotturpuram micro markets. It also has earmarked a 7-acre land parcel at Solinganallur - IT highway for BTS opportunities like Data Center/ Campus development.
